Course Syllabus

WELCOME

to Floral Design

To start, you will need to get a few materials for my class.

• A folder or small binder
• Pens/pencils

I will explain what you will need these for throughout this welcome note.

I do have a few expectations/rules for all of you.

1. I don’t plan on taking up your phones but I do expect you to work while you are in class. If they become a distraction, then we will begin putting them on my desk at the beginning of every class. PLEASE don’t make me do this.
2. I expect you to work in class.  You have something you can always be working on, whether that be the assignment given, the project that you will have this 6 weeks or work from another class. I promise you can find something.
3. Respect is a huge thing for this class. So please respect your peers, respect the teachers that you will have and respect yourself.
4. I want you to enjoy your time in school. Make this fun, don’t make this class hard, because I promise that it isn’t. Come to me if you need anything.
